What the Skin Was Showing

Uneven texture

 An irregular microrelief makes the surface look visually rougher, emphasizes pores and fine lines, and lowers the overall sense of smoothness and skin quality. 

Dehydrated appearance

Reduced water content in the stratum corneum makes the surface less smooth and visually accentuates minor irregularities.

Diffuse pigmentation

Scattered unevenness in tone affects the overall perception of clarity and luminosity.

David divided the course into two sequential stages

1. Skin Preparation

What was done: professional cleansing and skin preparation before Fractional RF.

Why: to create a clean surface free of makeup, oils, and product residue before applying the conductive medium.

2. Fractional RF — Zemits CrystalFrax Pro MD

What was done: two Fractional RF sessions over the face using Zemits FirmingGenius Pro Conductive Gel with Peptides.

Why: to support gradual improvement in the appearance of texture, surface smoothness, and firmness.

What happens: the Fractional RF handpiece delivers controlled radiofrequency energy through a structured pin-based tip. The surface is divided into fractional contact zones where a localized thermal effect occurs. It is this fractional pattern that allows texture to be worked on in a more localized, controlled way to support improvement in the appearance of texture, pores, uneven tone, fine lines, and firmness.

At the same time, FirmingGenius Pro plays a dual role here: it supports even energy conduction and surface hydration throughout the procedure.

3. Peptide Finishing Care

What was done: after RF, Zemits PeptiElixir Peptide Meso Serum was applied as a finishing skincare step.

Why: to support hydration, comfort, and a smoother, firmer-looking skin appearance after the energy-based step.

What it delivers: the formula combines hydrating and skin-conditioning ingredients with peptides and niacinamide, so it complements the RF block well, supporting a more hydrated, even-looking, and refined complexion.

What happens: the carbon lotion interacts with the laser energy. Short nanosecond pulses trigger a rapid interaction with the carbon particles, helping remove adhered surface debris and creating gentle epidermal exfoliation.

3. Finishing Care

What was done: the Hollywood Peel sessions were completed with the professional Bioline Lifting Code Protocol.

Why: to add hydration, nourishment, and a more polished, firm-looking finish after the laser step.

The strength of this course lies in the fact that Fractional RF and the Hollywood Peel addressed different aspects of the same overall skin-quality concern. 

Fractional RF created gradual momentum in the appearance of texture, smoothness, and firmness.

The Hollywood Peel added surface refinement, a more even-looking tone, and luminosity.
