Porcelain Skin Protocol: A 3-Session Course for Brighter, Smoother, More Even-Looking Skin

Three sessions — and the client's skin looks more even in tone and texture, more hydrated, and visibly luminous.

The client came in with normal-to-combination skin showing mild dehydration, diffuse hyperpigmentation, and uneven texture. Her main request was to create a more even, luminous porcelain / glass skin appearance.

David Siado, Licensed Esthetician, built the protocol as a sequence of interconnected stages designed to reach that result.

Meet David Siado, Licensed Esthetician

This protocol was performed by David Siado — a Licensed Esthetician and Clinical Skin Educator based in Miami, FL, founder of DS Organic Skin Face and a Zemits Ambassador (also a Certified Phlebotomist).

His approach blends clinical experience with holistic skincare to build results-focused aesthetic protocols. Every step here was chosen for what the skin was actually showing.

Skin Condition and Protocol Goals

Client: female, 29 years old

Skin type: normal-to-combination

Skin condition: mild dehydration, diffuse hyperpigmentation, uneven texture

Main request: a brighter, more even-looking glass skin appearance

Course: 3 sessions

Goal: more even tone, smoother texture, hydration, and luminosity

Professional note:

the sequence, professional skincare, and device settings in this case were selected individually. For laser procedures, parameters and technique must be adapted by a licensed professional according to skin type, treatment area, and skin response.

What the Skin Was Showing

Diffuse hyperpigmentation

Unevenly distributed pigment made the overall tone less uniform, so even a smooth area could look less bright.

Uneven texture

An irregular microrelief reduced the sense of smoothness and made the complexion look less polished.

Mild dehydration

When the stratum corneum holds less water, the surface looks less plump and less smooth, and glow appears less pronounced.

Protocol Logic: How Each Step Built the Result

Session 1

1. HydroDiamond® — Zemits Verstand HD Pro

What was done: A HydroDiamond® treatment using Zemits HydroClear Pro Serum with Lactic Acid.

Why: To reduce surface buildup and create a more evenly prepared surface ahead of the next step.

What happens: HydroDiamond® combines diamond-tip mechanical exfoliation with vacuum-assisted flow. The diamond tip works on superficial corneocytes, while the vacuum-assisted flow helps lift away loosened surface debris. HydroClear Pro with Lactic Acid adds AHA-based surface exfoliation, leaving the surface more even and ready for the next professional skincare phase.

2. Mediderma Porcelain Protocol

What was done: The full Mediderma sequence:

Spa Peel Lightening → Pyruvic Peel → C-Peel Liposomal + Glowing Powder → Hydrating Mask

Why: To continue working on uneven tone and texture, this time through multi-step skincare.

What happens: Each stage contributes its own part to the overall result: Spa Peel acts as the gentler renewal step, Pyruvic Peel continues texture refinement, C-Peel Liposomal + Glowing Powder add antioxidant and tone-focused support, and the Hydrating Mask restores hydration and comfort after exfoliation.

3. Serum Infusion — DermeBoost™ Technology

What was done: Infusion of C-Peel Delivery Serum (Mediderma) using the DermeBoost™ modality on the Zemits Verstand HD Pro.

Why: To help the serum absorb more effectively after the peel.

What happened in the skin: DermeBoost™ is a needle-free infusion technology that uses gentle electrical pulses to support a temporary increase in skin permeability. This helps compatible cosmetic serums absorb more effectively than with topical application alone.

4. Cold Therapy

What was done: The session was completed by applying Zemits FirmingGenius Pro peptide conductive gel and performing cold therapy with the Zemits ColdRestore Facial device.

Why: To reduce the sensation of heat and sensitivity after an active multi-step session and leave the skin looking calmer.

What happens: Targeted cooling helps calm the appearance of redness and puffiness while providing a soothing cooling sensation after treatment.

At the same time, the Zemits FirmingGenius Pro formula works at the surface:

  • The peptide supports the look of firmer, smoother skin.
  • Hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water at the surface, so the skin looks more hydrated and replenished.
  • Botanical extracts support barrier comfort after renewal.

SESSIONS 2 & 3

1. Skin Cleansing

What was done: The skin was cleansed with Mr. Lulu Probiotic Powder Cleanser and then fully prepared for the Carbon Peel.

Why: The carbon layer requires a clean, dry surface free of makeup, oil, or product residue.

2. Carbon Application

What was done: Activated carbon was applied in an even layer across the treatment area.

Why: To create a carbon-assisted surface for the subsequent interaction with laser energy.

3. Hollywood Carbon Peel — Zemits EraseND

What was done: Hollywood Carbon Peel sessions on the Zemits EraseND with the Carbon Head.

Why: To continue surface refinement and support more refined-looking texture, pore appearance, and luminosity.

What happens: The carbon lotion interacts with laser energy. Short nanosecond pulses drive a rapid interaction with the carbon particles, helping to remove adhered surface debris and creating gentle epidermal exfoliation.

The strength of this course is that each stage created a better foundation for the one that followed.

  • HydroDiamond® Technology cleansed and evened out the surface.
  • The Mediderma Porcelain Protocol focused on tone and brightening support.
  • DermeBoost™ Technology added the serum step after exfoliation.
  • Cold Therapy closed the session with a comfort-focused cooling phase.
  • The Hollywood Carbon Peel in the following sessions continued refinement of texture, pore appearance, and luminosity.

Together, this forms a clear treatment flow:

prepare → brighten → deliver → calm → refine

The client described the result this way:

"My skin looks so much brighter, more radiant, and more even. I loved the result — my skin feels hydrated and looks incredibly healthy. On top of that, the treatment was very comfortable the whole time."

Visible Result After 3 Sessions

  • hyperpigmentation became less noticeable;
  • luminosity increased noticeably;
  • texture improved;
  • the skin looked more hydrated.

Insights for Professional Practice

  • Preparing the skin with HydroDiamond® before a chemical protocol multiplies the penetration of active ingredients.
  • Mediderma's Porcelain Protocol is an excellent base, but the real upgrade comes when it is combined with the Hollywood Peel.
  • In the Carbon Peel procedure, the Zemits EraseND not only provides exfoliation but also stimulates collagen and improves skin quality from within.
  • Alternating chemical and laser procedures helps avoid overloading the skin and improve results over the medium term.

This format can be presented as:

Porcelain Skin Program

Glass Skin Glow Protocol

Brightening & Texture Reset

Porcelain + Hollywood Glow Series

A series format works better here than a single treatment: the client sees progress between sessions, and the practice gains a clear structure for repeat visits instead of a one-time booking.
